are a chapter of ICES. Our purpose is
to share, promote, encourage, and enlarge
the love, appreciation, practice and
recognition of the art of cake decorating.
We hold two weekends of
sharing a year. Everyone is welcome to
register for our meetings.
We encourage and provide support to our
members to improve their talents and acquire
new skills in the sugar arts.

Joelle Mahoney
For the second year in a row, Joelle
Mahoney has won "Best in Show" for
her Wedding Cake at the Societe
Culinaire Philanthropique
competition, held last November 11,
2010 at the Jacob Javits Convention
Center, NYC, NY. The title came with
a Gold Medal, cash prize, and 2 "Felicitations
of the Judges".
